berluti - bottier depuis 1895 - paris

this loafer is the one i own from their démesures line. i bought it in 2007 and at that time démesures line just debuted with limited edition and came with the patina shoe-tree. but now this line becomes regular line with many other designs. démesures means "distance yourself from the ordinary". berluti is exotic in the design with the changing of patina but talking about the life span of the shoes, they may not rival those like j m weston, corthay, john lobb, or edward green.
